Hyundai Set to Launch Locally Assembled Palisade SUV in Pakistan

Hyundai Nishat Motors has confirmed that the all-new Hyundai Palisade will be introduced in Pakistan, marking a significant development for the company’s local operations. Pakistan will be the first country after South Korea to locally assemble the Palisade in Completely Knocked Down form, with bookings scheduled to open in March.

The Palisade is Hyundai’s premium large SUV, offering seven to eight seats, and will be produced locally rather than imported as a fully built unit. Deliveries of the locally assembled Palisade are expected to begin in August, signaling a shift from the typical practice in Pakistan’s auto market, where manufacturers often launch older-generation models or delay global releases. While detailed specifications, engine options, features, and pricing for the Pakistani variant have not yet been announced, further information is expected closer to the start of bookings.
