Alektra Launches Metro Electric Vehicles in Pakistan with Multiple Battery Options and Affordable Pricing

Alektra has officially launched its Metro electric vehicle lineup in Pakistan, offering both 2-door and 4-door models designed for urban drivers seeking an affordable, compact, and fully electric car. The Metro series comes with three battery options, providing ranges of 80–100 km for the 7.2 kWh variant, 130–140 km for the 10.8 kWh, and 170–180 km for the 12.96 kWh option.

Pricing for the Metro 2-Door starts at Rs. 1,095,000 for the 7.2 kWh variant, with discounted rates of Rs. 1,045,000. The 10.8 kWh model is priced at Rs. 1,145,000 (Rs. 1,095,000 after discount), and the 12.96 kWh variant costs Rs. 1,195,000 (Rs. 1,145,000 discounted). The Metro 4-Door starts at Rs. 1,295,000 for the 7.2 kWh battery (Rs. 1,245,000 discounted), Rs. 1,345,000 for the 10.8 kWh (Rs. 1,295,000 discounted), and Rs. 1,395,000 for the 12.96 kWh (Rs. 1,345,000 discounted). A flat Rs. 50,000 discount is available on all variants booked before November 30, 2025.

Bookings require a 20 percent advance payment, with deliveries expected in approximately 90 days. Customers can book at G-22, Park & Ride Plaza, Liberty Roundabout, Gulberg III, Lahore.

The Metro’s exterior features stylish LED lighting, alloy rims, a sunroof ventilation system, and multiple color options including White, Cream, Pink, Yellow, Red, and Blue. Its compact dimensions of 2450 x 1250 x 1650 mm make it ideal for city driving. The interior includes air conditioning and heating, a multimedia system, Bluetooth connectivity, push start and key start options, and a comfortable cabin suitable for families.

The vehicle is fully electric with a power output of 2.68 hp and a top speed of 45–50 km/h. Charging takes 5–7 hours using a standard 220V AC outlet. Safety and security features include an anti-theft alarm, built-in alarm sound device, remote start, and a reverse camera. The Metro operates with standard gear functions for Reverse (R), Neutral (N), and Drive (D) and comes with a two-year warranty covering the battery and motor for repair or replacement.
