Changan Reveals Introductory Price and Booking Details for Deepal S05 REEV Launch in Pakistan

Master Changan Motors has introduced the much-awaited Deepal S05 Range-Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV) in Pakistan, revealing its introductory price at Rs. 9,999,000 (ex-factory). Bookings for the new model are now open with a deposit of Rs. 2,000,000, while the introductory price will remain valid for a limited time. The official launch will take place at the Pakistan Auto Parts Show (PAPS) on November 14, 2025, and deliveries are expected to begin in January 2026.

The Deepal S05 represents a major milestone for Changan in Pakistan’s emerging electric and hybrid vehicle segment. As a Range-Extended Electric Vehicle, it integrates both electric and combustion technologies to deliver greater efficiency, range, and versatility.

Equipped with rear-wheel drive, the Deepal S05 generates 215 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque. Its 1.5-liter engine produces 94 HP, paired with a 27.3 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery. The vehicle offers an impressive electric-only range of 145 kilometers (WLTP) and a total range of up to 1,012 kilometers (WLTP). It supports fast DC charging from 30% to 80% in just 20 minutes with 54.5 kW power, along with 6.6 kW AC home charging capability.

The compact SUV also includes advanced features such as Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capability of up to 6.6 kW, a 15.4-inch infotainment touchscreen with a Heads-Up Display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 14-speaker premium audio system. Both front seats are equipped with power adjustment, heating, and ventilation functions. Additional highlights include a panoramic glass roof, 360-degree safety camera, Sentry Mode, and a full suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

With its combination of innovation, technology, and long-range efficiency, the Deepal S05 positions Changan as a strong competitor in Pakistan’s fast-growing electric mobility market.
