DG Khan Cement to Launch Pakistan’s Largest Single Clinker Production Line, Boosting Annual Capacity to 10 Million Tons

DG Khan Cement has announced plans to establish Pakistan’s largest single clinker production line at its Dera Ghazi Khan facility, with a capacity of 11,000 tons per day, following the issuance of a Letter of Credit for the project. The expansion will increase the company’s annual clinker production capacity to 10 million tons, reinforcing its position as the fifth-largest cement producer in Pakistan.

Analysts note that the project could generate significant long-term value if domestic cement demand remains strong, even as exports face challenges due to declining international shipments.
