Honda Atlas Cars experienced a notable surge in vehicle sales during September 2025, signaling a strong recovery in Pakistan's automotive market. According to the latest data from the Pakistan Automotive Manufacturers Association (PAMA), the company sold 2,308 units in September, representing a 115% increase from the 1,073 units sold in August. This marks Honda's most successful month in recent times, driven largely by a dramatic rise in demand for one of its most popular models.
The standout performer was the Honda City, which saw a remarkable 305% jump in monthly sales. Unit sales climbed from 414 in August to 1,677 in September, reaffirming the model’s strong appeal among Pakistani consumers. This surge occurred despite broader economic challenges, underscoring the model’s value proposition and continued relevance in the local market.
In contrast, the Honda Civic posted a more modest but still positive 5% increase, indicating stable interest in the higher-end sedan category. However, the company’s SUV offerings underperformed, with BR-V sales declining by 21% and the HR-V dropping by 8%. These figures suggest a softening demand in the sport utility segment, even as sedan models gain traction.
Overall, Honda’s strong rebound in September reflects a shifting dynamic in consumer preferences and showcases the resilience of certain models amid fluctuating market conditions.
