A significant step in educational collaboration and youth development was marked on December 4 with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Islamabad China-Pakistan One Heart Step and Cure Home (ICOSH) and the Smart School, Quaid Campus (PWD), Islamabad. The agreement establishes a long-term partnership focused on empowering students and enriching the educational landscape in Pakistan through innovative programs and shared academic resources.

The MoU emphasizes practical, skill-based learning, with a central focus on introducing Chinese language courses, fostering cultural exchange, and developing student exchange programs to connect classrooms in Pakistan and China. In addition, the collaboration will include specialized seminars, training sessions, and academic workshops designed to cultivate leadership, global awareness, and innovative thinking among students.

Representatives from both organizations highlighted their commitment to modernizing learning environments and pledged to leverage collaborative initiatives, shared digital tools, and academic resources. The partnership aims to provide Pakistani students with expanded opportunities for cross-cultural engagement, skill development, and a forward-looking educational experience that aligns with global standards.
