Punjab Boards Release 2026 Exam Dates for Matric and Intermediate Students

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Faisalabad has released the schedule for the 2026 annual examinations for both Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Intermediate levels. The Grade 10 (composite) matriculation exams will begin on March 27, 2026, while Grade 9 annual exams are scheduled to start on April 14, 2026. Candidates appearing to improve their marks or reappear in failed subjects will follow the same syllabus as in their previous attempt.

Since all Punjab boards follow a uniform examination calendar, this schedule applies to BISE boards across Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, and Dera Ghazi Khan.

For Intermediate exams, Part II (Grade 12) will start on May 5, 2026, and Part I (Grade 11) will begin on May 24, 2026. These dates, standardized across Punjab, will be observed by all provincial boards for Intermediate-level examinations.
