The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has issued additional instructions for candidates appearing in the CSS 2026 examinations, emphasizing the importance of verifying the validity of their National Identity Card (NIC) or passport prior to the exams. Candidates are advised to renew expired identification documents, as only valid NICs or passports will be accepted for entry into the examination hall. Expired documents will result in candidates being barred from appearing in the exams. The CSS 2026 written exams are scheduled to begin on February 4. Candidates are required to arrive at their assigned seats at least 50 minutes before the start of the exam to complete identification checks and other formalities. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry under any circumstances. FPSC has also reiterated that no additional materials, including stencils, extra papers, notes, or unrelated items, are allowed in the examination hall. Candidates may only bring items approved in the previously issued guidelines. The commission has urged candidates to strictly follow both the new and previously issued instructions to avoid disciplinary actions, including disqualification from the examination. By adhering to these guidelines, candidates can ensure a smooth and compliant examination experience while avoiding any risk of penalties or denial of entry. Go back |
