Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad Announces Job Openings for National Institute of Intelligence & Security Studies (NIISS) Project

Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad, through its National Institute of Intelligence and Security Studies (NIISS), has announced vacancies for project-based positions under the PSDP-funded initiative “Establishment of National Institute of Intelligence and Security Studies (NIISS)”. These roles offer professionals a valuable opportunity to contribute to a prestigious national institution.

The available positions include Project Director or Executive Engineer (PPS-9), Assistant Executive Engineer (PPS-7), Accountant (PPS-5), Computer Operator or WPO (PPS-4), and Office Boy (PPS-1). Candidates applying for the Project Director role must hold an M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, have valid PEC registration, and possess 12 to 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in PSDP or development projects. The Assistant Executive Engineer post requires a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with valid PEC registration and at least two years of experience. Applicants for the Accountant position should have CA Inter, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification along with relevant audit and accounting experience. The Computer Operator position requires a Matric qualification, a typing speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour, and two years of computer operations experience. For the Office Boy position, literacy and good physical condition are essential.

These positions are offered on a contract basis for one year, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance and project requirements. Candidates already serving in government or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel.
