Pakistan bags gold and two silvers at Nuclear Science Olympiad in Jeddah
Pakistani students claimed three medals at INSO-2026, competing against nearly 120 participants from 19 countries.
Pakistan has won one gold and two silver medals at the third International Nuclear Science Olympiad (INSO-2026), held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Backed by the International Atomic Energy Agency, the contest ran from August 2 to 8 and drew around 120 students and experts from 19 countries, including China, Japan, Russia and Turkiye.
Muhammad Ali of GC University, Lahore took gold, while Muhammad Usman and Seerat Fatima Bhatti earned silver. The team was selected through the national Pakistan Nuclear Science Olympiad.
