UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Makes First Official Visit to Pakistan to Boost Bilateral Trade and Cooperation

Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, arrived in Pakistan on his first official visit, marking an important milestone in the countries’ bilateral relationship.

He was warmly welcomed at Nur Khan Airbase by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and senior officials, with a 21-gun salute honoring his arrival. Islamabad was adorned with Pakistani and Emirati flags to commemorate the occasion.

The visit focuses on strengthening cooperation in trade, investment, energy, and regional affairs, reflecting the UAE’s role as one of Pakistan’s largest trading partners. Both nations aim to deepen economic and diplomatic ties and enhance their longstanding partnership.
