BISP Beneficiaries List 2026: Check Eligibility and Latest Payment Updates

The BISP Beneficiaries List 2026 provides an updated record of households eligible for financial support under the Benazir Income Support Programme. This official list ensures that only deserving families receive quarterly cash assistance after verification through NSER and NADRA systems. The updated list includes approved low-income families, CNIC-verified households, and eligible recipients for cash installments, while removing ineligible households, duplicate CNICs, and outdated records to maintain fairness and transparency.

The 2026 update introduces newly surveyed households, re-verification of existing beneficiaries, removal of families whose financial status has improved, and updated payment records for Rs. 13,500 installments. CNIC-based eligibility checks are conducted via the 8171 system to reduce errors and prevent misuse.

Households are included in the BISP list if they have completed the NSER dynamic survey, possess a valid CNIC, meet the poverty score criteria, or belong to vulnerable groups such as widows or persons with disabilities. Eligibility requires households to have a low income, no government employment, not be tax filers, and not own large property or luxury vehicles. Falling outside these conditions may result in removal from the list.

Payments are released in phases through BISP payment centers, designated campsites, and selected bank ATMs, with official SMS notifications sent from 8171 before any payment visit. Each installment is Rs. 13,500, and beneficiaries are advised to wait for official confirmation to avoid fraud.

Beneficiaries can check their status using two methods. By SMS, they can send their CNIC without dashes to 8171 and receive their eligibility and payment status. Online, they can visit the official 8171 portal, enter their CNIC, and view beneficiary and payment details. Common status messages include Eligible, Under Verification, Survey Required, Not Eligible, and CNIC Not Found, helping users understand their situation clearly.

If a household’s name is missing, it may be due to outdated survey data, pending verification, or a poverty score above the threshold. In such cases, families can visit the nearest BISP Tehsil Office to request a re-survey or data update, carrying their original CNIC and supporting documents.

Beneficiaries are reminded that registration and verification are free, middlemen should not be trusted, CNIC information must be up-to-date, and any fraud should be reported directly to BISP authorities. The 2026 BISP Beneficiaries List improves transparency, ensures timely delivery of cash assistance, and guarantees that support reaches the families who need it most.
