The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched a special Mobile Registration Drive for overseas Pakistanis living in the United Kingdom, scheduled for November 1 and 2, 2025. The initiative will cover five major UK locations—High Wycombe (London), Derby (Birmingham), Middlesbrough (Bradford), Liverpool, and Bolton (Manchester)—to make essential identity services more accessible for the Pakistani diaspora.

Through this mobile registration operation, overseas Pakistanis will be able to apply for new NICOP, SNICOP, or SPOC cards, as well as modify, renew, or reprint existing ones. Services will also include the cancellation of NICOP/SNICOP, along with FRC and DUP clearance facilities. The drive will operate from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at most venues, enabling residents to complete their registration processes conveniently without having to travel to embassies or consulates.

Venue details are as follows:
High Wycombe (London): Jamia Rehmania Educational and Cultural Trust, 103 Rutland Avenue, HP12 3JQ
Derby (Birmingham): Pakistan Community Centre, 103 Harrington Street, Pear Tree, DE23 8PB
Middlesbrough (Bradford): Al Mustafa Center, Parliament Road, TS1 4HP
Liverpool (Manchester): Pakistan Association Liverpool Centre, 68A Mulgrave Street, L8 2TF
Bolton (Manchester): Sughra Mosque, Farnworth, Bolton, Granville Street, BL4 7JD

NADRA has urged overseas Pakistanis residing in the UK to utilize this opportunity to update or renew their identity documents before the year ends. For more information, individuals can visit the official NADRA website or contact the NADRA call center.
