PSX 100 Index Crosses 169,000 Mark

The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) closed the week on a positive note as the benchmark KSE-100 Index crossed the 169,000-point mark.

During trading, the index gained 459 points, setting a new record in market history. At one point, the KSE-100 surged to an all-time high of 169,193 points.

It is worth noting that the index had closed at 168,489 points in the previous session.
