The Stipendium Hungarian Scholarship 2026 offers international students a fully funded opportunity to study in Hungary under the Hungarian government’s flagship program. Designed to promote the internationalization of higher education, the scholarship covers all major expenses, including tuition, accommodation, and health insurance. Students can apply for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degree programs at leading Hungarian universities, gaining access to high-quality academic and research facilities.
Recipients receive a monthly stipend to cover living expenses—HUF 43,700 for non-doctoral students and HUF 140,000 for doctoral candidates—along with accommodation support that includes either free dormitory housing or an allowance of HUF 40,000 per month. Additionally, medical and health insurance coverage of up to HUF 65,000 per year is provided, ensuring full financial and medical support during the study period.
The program encourages applicants from partner countries to apply and pursue higher education in diverse fields across Hungary.
