The scholarship is designed to develop future leaders capable of addressing global challenges while fostering cultural exchange and international collaboration.

Eligible candidates must be nationals of an ADB member country, hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, have at least two years of professional work experience, and be under 35 years of age. Applicants should not hold dual citizenship with a developed country and must commit to returning to their home country after completing the program.
