The Youth Leadership and Technology Summit Dubai 2026 is now open for international applications, offering a fully funded opportunity for young leaders from around the world. This prestigious global program, known as the Leadership and Techplomacy Summit, will take place in Dubai from 11 to 14 February 2026. Applicants from all countries and all academic fields are encouraged to apply, and there is no requirement for IELTS or TOEFL scores. Five strong performers will receive partially funded opportunities in upcoming leadership programs. Applicants from any nationality may apply, no English proficiency test is required, and individuals between the ages of 16 and 35 from any academic or professional background are welcome. A non-refundable application fee of $23.32 must be submitted during the application process.
