Only new PhD applicants are considered, and candidates must have secured agreement from a faculty supervisor to oversee their research project.

Scholarship benefits include full tuition coverage, an annual stipend of £26,500 for living expenses, and a consumable grant of £2,000 per year for the first three years. Recipients receive visa support, disability assistance, access to English language courses, and opportunities to participate in campus clubs and societies.
