Heilongjiang University in Harbin, China, is offering the 2026 Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) for international students to pursue fully funded Master’s and PhD programs. The scholarship covers tuition fees, provides free on-campus accommodation, offers a monthly stipend of 3,000 CNY for Master’s students and 3,500 CNY for PhD students, and includes comprehensive medical insurance.
