Ignite National Technology Fund has opened enrolments for the second batch of its DigiSkills 3.0 Program, offering 300,000 seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Prospective trainees are encouraged to register early, as no additional seats will be made available once the limit is reached. Registration involves two simple steps: creating an account on the DigiSkills website and enrolling in any two courses from the available list of 16 options. Trainees who have previously registered can directly log in to their Learning Management System (LMS) accounts to select courses under Batch-02, with a maximum of two courses per trainee. The new batch is scheduled to commence in December 2025. Program officials have emphasized that, due to high demand in prior batches, enrolment will close once the allocated seats are filled, even if the official deadline has not yet passed. The DigiSkills 3.0 Program was approved by the Ignite National Technology Fund board in April 2025 as an upgraded version of the flagship online training initiative. The program aims to provide free training to three million youth over three and a half years, expanding on DigiSkills 2.0, which offered 15 online courses. DigiSkills 3.0 now offers 25 courses designed to enhance digital literacy, freelancing skills, and entrepreneurship across Pakistan. The board allocated approximately Rs. 1.79 billion for the new phase of the program. Newly introduced courses include UI/UX and Web Flow, 3D Modeling, Cloud Computing, Shopify Development and Drop Shipping, Artificial Intelligence using Python, Mobile Game and App Development, and Full Stack Development with MERN. Courses on Startup Strategies and Entrepreneurship have also been added to encourage business creation and innovation among young professionals. This expansion reflects Ignite’s commitment to equipping Pakistan’s youth with the skills needed for the digital economy, offering a free, accessible, and comprehensive training platform that combines technical knowledge with practical industry applications.
