Pakistan cricket stars Babar Azam and Shaheen Shah Afridi have arrived in Australia to make their debut appearances in the Big Bash League, franchises confirmed on Tuesday. This marks the first time both players will participate in the T20 competition, adding star power to the 15th edition of the tournament, which begins on December 14.

Shaheen Shah Afridi was selected as the number one draft pick by Brisbane Heat, while Babar Azam joined the Sydney Sixers.
