The 21st TDCP International Cholistan Desert Rally is set to take place from 4 to 8 February 2026 in the Cholistan Desert, Bahawalpur, bringing high-speed motorsport action to Pakistan’s vast desert landscape. The rally is expected to attract motorsport fans from across the country and will feature both national and international competitors navigating challenging desert terrain. Organized by the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP), the event also plays a key role in promoting tourism, highlighting local culture, and supporting economic activity in South Punjab.
Over the years, the rally has grown into a major spectacle, drawing significant public and media attention. TDCP Managing Director Asim Raza stated that after more than two decades of development, the Cholistan Desert Rally has become the largest rally event in South Asia and contributes significantly to Pakistan’s tourism sector. He emphasized Punjab’s tourism potential and highlighted TDCP’s strategy to promote tourism domestically and internationally.
