Pakistan’s U16 Men’s Football Team to Make Historic Debut at UEFA U16 Development Tournament in Kazakhstan

For the first time in its history, Pakistan’s U16 men’s national football team will take part in the UEFA U16 Development Tournament, scheduled from April 24 to 30, 2026, in Kazakhstan. The tournament will also feature youth teams from Russia and Azerbaijan, providing a competitive platform for emerging talent.

Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) President Mohsen Gilani described the participation as a landmark achievement for the country’s football program. He emphasized that the tournament will offer young Pakistani players crucial international exposure, the opportunity to measure themselves against global standards, and invaluable experience in high-level competition.
