JazzWorld, Pakistan’s leading integrated digital ServiceCo, has announced the hiring of 100 associates under the JazzWorld AI Associate Program 2026, focusing on artificial intelligence skills alongside fintech, cybersecurity, data science and analytics, and software development. The initiative emphasizes AI-driven thinking across all domains, supporting JazzWorld’s broader AI-first digital transformation strategy.
The one-year, group-wide talent development program is designed to build future leaders and specialists across the JazzWorld ecosystem, including Jazz, JazzCash, Mobilink Bank, Garaj, Tamasha, SIMOSA, FikrFree, GameNow, Zarr, and Apna Clinic. Based in Islamabad, the program offers early-career professionals structured mentorship, hands-on project experience, and cross-functional exposure to real business operations.
Chief People Officer Tazeen Shahid said the program aims to strengthen capabilities that will shape the future of digital services in Pakistan by onboarding AI-focused talent and equipping them to develop smarter products, enhance digital trust, and improve customer experience at scale.
The hiring drive aligns with JazzWorld’s enterprise-wide AI integration strategy and the recent creation of a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer role to accelerate responsible AI adoption and innovation across platforms. Eligible applicants include recent graduates from the past two years and students graduating in June 2026. Applications are open until March 31, 2026, offering young professionals an opportunity to launch their careers in Pakistan’s evolving digital and fintech ecosystem.
