Honda Unveils Refreshed Adventure Scooter Model for 2026 ReleaseYesterday, 04:09. Posted by: taiba |
For 2026, Honda has subtly refreshed its popular adventure scooter, the ADV350, building on its momentum as Europe’s best-selling scooter over 300cc for two consecutive years. Originally designed by Honda’s Italian subsidiary, the ADV350 blends utility, performance, and rugged styling—traits that have helped it find strong appeal, particularly among European riders. While the core mechanical package remains unchanged, the 2026 model introduces four new color options—Pearl Falcon Gray, Iridium Gray Metallic, Mat Pearl Cool White, and Mat Coal Black Metallic—aimed at giving buyers more visual variety. The scooter retains its distinctive adventure-ready look while offering a versatile and tech-rich riding experience. The ADV350 is powered by a 330cc single-cylinder engine producing around 29 horsepower and 31.5 Nm of torque, mated to a CVT transmission. For 2026, refinements to the muffler internals, catalytic converter, and ECU have enhanced fuel efficiency, now rated at 67.2 mpg (3.5 L/100 km). With an 11.3-liter tank, the scooter offers a range of more than 330 kilometers (over 205 miles) on a full tank, making it well-suited for both urban commuting and weekend exploration. Built on a tubular steel frame, the ADV350 features 15-inch front and 14-inch rear wheels with block-pattern tubeless tires. Suspension duties are handled by 37-mm upside-down front forks and preload-adjustable twin rear shocks with remote reservoirs. Single disc brakes at both ends are backed by dual-channel ABS for added safety and control. The scooter weighs in at 186 kg (410 lb), keeping it manageable for a wide range of riders. Storage is a key strength, with 48 liters of under-seat capacity—enough for two full-face helmets—plus additional glove box storage up front. A 5-inch TFT display offers smartphone connectivity, adjustable mounting height, and a user-friendly interface through a four-way toggle. Features like auto-canceling indicators, LED lighting, and a lit storage compartment enhance day-to-day usability. Buyers can customize the ADV350 further with Honda’s accessory packs: Comfort, Style, Adventure, and Urban. These include items such as a taller windscreen, heated grips, crash protection, fog lights, a top box, and a stainless-steel skid plate, allowing riders to tailor the scooter for long-distance touring, urban riding, or light adventure travel. While the 2026 ADV350 is confirmed for European markets with deliveries beginning in December, pricing has not yet been announced. The 2025 model was priced at £5,999 (around US$8,000), and the new version is expected to be in the same range. However, the ADV350 has still not been officially offered in the United States—a reflection of historically limited demand for high-priced scooters in that market. That dynamic could be shifting. With changing buyer preferences, increased interest in electric and maxi-scooters, and the recent U.S. launch of Kymco’s 550cc model, there are signs the American market may soon be more receptive to premium scooters like the ADV350. If so, Honda’s rugged and feature-packed scooter could find a whole new audience beyond Europe. Go back |
