Most visa tasks can now be managed online through user-friendly tools. Applicants can use ImmiAccount to submit applications and track updates, Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) to confirm visa status, and the Global Visa Processing Times portal to monitor expected timelines. These digital tools reduce the need for emails or in-person visits, making the process more efficient.

Biometrics submission in Pakistan has also been streamlined. Applicants no longer need to book formal appointments. They can visit any VFS Global Biometrics Centre with their passport, biometrics letter, and photographic ID, speeding up processing across multiple visa categories.
