UAE Tenants to Pay Rent Monthly from 2026 Through Property Finder and Keyper Partnership

Starting early 2026, tenants in the UAE will have the option to pay rent on a monthly basis rather than issuing large, upfront checks. This change comes through a collaboration between Property Finder and Keyper, aiming to simplify rental payments across the country.

Under the new system, tenants can divide their annual rent into 12 monthly installments, using payment methods such as credit cards or direct debit. This approach provides renters with greater financial flexibility and makes budgeting more manageable.

Landlords are also set to benefit, as the arrangement ensures steady, predictable income. The system is expected to streamline rental agreements, reduce delays in property occupancy, and minimize periods when properties remain vacant.
