Gold Prices in Pakistan Drop Sharply as Global Market Weakens
Gold rates in Pakistan fell by Rs5,600 per tola on Thursday, following a decline in international prices, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association.

Gold prices in Pakistan recorded a substantial decrease on Thursday, in line with a downward trend seen internationally. According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold per tola dropped by Rs5,600.
Following this decline, the price of gold settled at Rs448,336 per tola in the local market. Simultaneously, the price for 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs4,801, bringing it to Rs384,375.
A day earlier, on Wednesday, gold prices had also declined, with per tola rates decreasing by Rs1,800 to reach Rs453,936.
On the global front, the price of gold declined by $56, reaching $4,258 per ounce.
Silver prices in Pakistan also saw a decrease, falling by Rs171 to Rs6,837 per tola.
