China Evergrande founder pleads guilty to fraud in Shenzhen court, Xinhua reports

BEIJING: China Evergrande Group’s founder Hui Ka Yan pleaded guilty to charges including illegal absorption of public deposits and fundraising fraud in a court in Shenzhen, which held a trial of the case against the group and Hui on Monday and Tuesday, state media Xinhua reported.
