Punjab Government Announces 49 High-Paying Jobs at PPMU with Salaries Up to Rs. 625,000

The Punjab government has announced 49 job openings at the Punjab Performance Management Unit (PPMU), with monthly salary packages ranging from Rs. 150,000 to Rs. 625,000. The positions are being offered on a contract basis under the development project titled 'Establishment of Punjab Performance Management Unit (PPMU).'

The Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), through its Implementation & Coordination Wing, has invited applications from candidates holding a Punjab domicile. Both male and female candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply. The last date for submission of applications is November 17, 2026.

The vacancies span 11 categories, including management, research, data analysis, finance, administration, and field operations. The available positions, along with their monthly salaries and age limits, are detailed in the official recruitment advertisement.

For the General Manager position, applicants must have 16 years of education in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management, Public Policy, Software Development, Data Analysis, Information Technology, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university. They must also possess 10 years of post-qualification experience in project management, project development, data analysis, or a related field.

The Manager (Admin & Finance) role requires an MBA in Finance, M.Com, or an equivalent 16-year qualification in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or Business Management, along with 10 years of relevant experience. Candidates applying for Manager (Policy & Research Analysis) must have 16 years of education in a relevant discipline and eight years of post-qualification experience.

Data Analyst applicants must hold 16 years of education in Management Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, Data Analysis, Information Technology, or a related discipline. All candidates must meet the educational qualifications, experience requirements, and age limits specified for their chosen positions, and must hold a Punjab domicile.
