Wateen and Dell Technologies Host Event to Help Pakistani Enterprises Adopt AI
Wateen, in partnership with Dell Technologies, brought together business and technology leaders to discuss how enterprises can move from AI interest to practical implementation.

Wateen, in collaboration with Dell Technologies, recently hosted a gathering of business leaders, technology professionals and customers to examine how enterprises can move beyond AI ambition and turn it into measurable business value. The event, titled "AI Vision: From Possibility to Impact," served as a forum for industry dialogue on enterprise readiness and the practical steps needed to put AI to work.
The evening opened with welcome remarks from Naeem Majeed, Vice President Enterprise at Wateen, and Muhammad Awais Asif, Director Sales, who greeted Dell Technologies representatives and customers. Their opening set the tone for a discussion centred on a pressing business question: what will it take for organisations to move from showing interest in AI to actually implementing it?
Chin Wah Mak, Managing Director for Emerging Markets at Dell Technologies, and Gulshan Herath, AI Solutions Architect, examined the evolving AI landscape and the role of the Dell AI Factory in accelerating adoption. Their insights highlighted how integrated, scalable infrastructure and solutions can give enterprises the technology foundations they need to pursue their AI objectives.
Broadening the conversation beyond infrastructure, Nasir Mahmood, Vice President Business Solutions at Wateen, explored AI's transformative potential across industries and in everyday life. He stressed the importance of preparing today for tomorrow's opportunities, encouraging businesses to consider how the capabilities they build now can position them for the changes ahead. Naveed Siraj, Country Manager for Dell Technologies Pakistan, delivered the closing remarks.
As a Dell Technologies Titanium Partner, Wateen continues to strengthen its AI and professional services capabilities, supporting businesses with the infrastructure, expertise and partnerships needed to embrace AI. The event reflected the company's commitment to helping enterprises take the next step towards adoption and translate technology investment into tangible business impact.
