The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a major recruitment campaign to hire 200 Junior Executives (Data Entry Operators) across Karachi and interior Sindh as part of its broader plan to expand operations and enhance service efficiency.

According to official information, walk-in interviews will begin on November 3, 2025, and will be conducted across five districts in Karachi and nine districts in interior Sindh. This large-scale hiring initiative aims to strengthen NADRA’s workforce and ensure faster, more reliable service delivery in both urban and rural areas.

To further support this expansion, NADRA is also planning to acquire land for new regional offices in multiple districts, including Mirpurkhas, Mirpur Sakro, Kotri, Matiari, Chachro, Jhuddo, Mirpur Tharro, Tando Allahyar, Jamshoro, Thatta, and Sujawal. These new facilities will help bring essential registration and identification services closer to residents in underserved regions.

Applicants are required to have at least an Intermediate qualification, with the upper age limit set at 25 years. Candidates will be selected based on merit and performance during the walk-in interviews.

Officials stated that this recruitment drive reflects NADRA’s ongoing commitment to improving public accessibility, streamlining registration processes, and empowering local communities through employment. The initiative not only supports NADRA’s operational goals but also contributes to youth job creation and digital governance reforms across Sindh.
