The Oxford Pershing Square Graduate Scholarships 2026-2027 offer a fully funded opportunity for international students to pursue a master’s program combined with an MBA at the University of Oxford. This prestigious scholarship is awarded by the Pershing Square Foundation and is open to students from any country who demonstrate exceptional academic performance, leadership potential, and a clear vision for solving global challenges. Up to five scholarships will be awarded for the academic year 2026-27.
The scholarship covers the full tuition fees for both the master's and MBA programs and provides a living stipend of £20,780 per year for the two years of study in the UK. It supports students pursuing one of the many eligible master’s programs at Oxford, followed by the Oxford MBA. Applicants can be current students in a partner master’s degree or those applying for the 1+1 MBA program.
Scholars selected for the program will have the opportunity to engage with thought leaders, attend global events, and connect with a community of changemakers through the Pershing Square Foundation. In addition to financial support, they gain access to mentoring, networking opportunities, and various professional development events.
To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate strong academic records, leadership skills, and a commitment to addressing global social and environmental issues through scalable and sustainable solutions. They must articulate how the Oxford 1+1 MBA program aligns with their goals and how they intend to create change.
The application process requires submitting a complete application for both the MBA and the selected master’s program, along with a scholarship essay. This essay should be submitted via the ‘Funding’ section of the MBA application and must answer the prompt: “How do you intend to change the world, and what does this tell us about you as a person?” in no more than 500 words.
Each partner master’s program has its own deadline, typically in December 2025 or January 2026. To be considered for the Oxford Pershing Square Graduate Scholarships, applicants must submit their full applications, including the scholarship essay, by January 7, 2026.
