Capital Smart Motors, in collaboration with Geely, is inviting applications for the position of Executive or Senior Executive Aftersales in the Parts Division. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have between two to four years of experience in automotive parts operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling dealer queries, providing timely operational support, and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth procurement, payments, and deliveries. The position also involves managing warehouse operations, including stock handling, storage, dispatch, and documentation.
Candidates will be expected to maintain and reconcile spare parts ledgers, monitor dealer payments, and ensure timely clearance. They will also manage Dealer Management System (DMS) queries, assist with system updates, and conduct periodic stock audits to ensure alignment between physical and system records. Preparing monthly inventory, sales, and recovery reports for management review will be part of the role, along with processing dealer orders in ERP and issuing delivery challans and invoices.
