Punjab Opens Free Three-Month Hospitality Training for Women in Lahore
The Punjab Women Development Department is offering a free three-month hospitality course for women aged 18 to 45, focused on guest relations and front desk operations at TDCP-ITHM in Lahore.

The Punjab government has announced a free three-month hospitality training course aimed at women who want to build careers in guest relations and front desk operations. The programme is being run by the Women Development Department under its SEHR initiative, in partnership with the Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab's Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management (TDCP-ITHM) in Lahore.
According to the department, the course is entirely free of charge and includes hands-on, practical training. Participants will focus on customer service and guest-facing roles, with the goal of equipping them with skills that are directly relevant to the hospitality sector.
Eligibility is limited to women between the ages of 18 and 45 who have completed at least Matriculation and hold a Punjab domicile. The department has not announced any tuition fee, and selected candidates will not be required to pay for the training.
Classes will take place at the TDCP-ITHM campus in Johar Town, Lahore. The department has highlighted professional instructors, practical learning opportunities and job placement support as key features of the initiative, which is intended to improve women's professional skills and employment prospects.
Officials cautioned, however, that completing the course does not guarantee a job. Seats are limited, and the department has urged interested candidates to register early to secure a place in the programme.
