The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) sealed four illegal private housing schemes along Jhang Road on Friday after enforcement teams discovered that the projects were being developed without mandatory approvals. According to official sources, FDA inspectors visited multiple locations and identified four schemes operating in violation of planning and development regulations.

The sealed sites include the additional locality of Paradise Valley, Madina Villas situated on land in Chak No. 67-JB, another unauthorized locality near Chak No. 74-JB, and Al-Hadi Garden. During the operation, FDA teams deployed heavy machinery to demolish boundary walls, internal roads, sewage structures and other unapproved development works that had been constructed in these schemes.

Authorities have warned developers to fulfill all legal and technical requirements before selling or purchasing plots in any new housing project. Officials emphasized that citizens must remain cautious of unapproved colonies, as such schemes often lack essential infrastructure and can put buyers at financial risk.

The FDA said its crackdown against illegal housing schemes will continue as part of its efforts to curb unauthorized real estate activities, safeguard public interests and ensure planned urban development in Faisalabad.
