Amazon Unveils Ember Artline 4K QLED TV at CES 2026, Competing With Samsung Frame TV

At CES 2026, Amazon introduced its new line of branded televisions under the name Ember, with the flagship model being the Ember Artline TV, designed to compete with Samsung’s popular Frame TV. The Ember Artline is a 4K QLED TV supporting Dolby Vision and HDR10 Plus, featuring a matte display that reduces glare in bright and dim environments. The TV comes in two sizes, 55 inches and 65 inches, and is only 1.5 inches thick, offering a sleek profile suitable for modern living spaces.

One of the key features of the Ember Artline is its magnetic frame system, which allows users to attach one of ten available frames to customize the TV’s appearance. The bottom section of the TV houses far-field Alexa microphones and an Omnisense ambient sensor. The Omnisense technology detects room occupancy and automatically displays artwork when someone enters, enhancing the TV’s role as both an entertainment device and a digital art display. Users can also photograph their room, and Amazon’s AI will suggest artwork from a library of over 2,000 free pieces to match the space.

The Ember TV comes with the latest Fire TV interface, redesigned for faster load times and a cleaner visual experience. With almost every major manufacturer, including LG with its Gallery TV, offering alternatives to the Frame TV, Amazon faces strong competition in the premium art-style TV market.

The Ember Artline TV is set to launch in spring 2026, with pricing starting at $900 for the 55-inch model and $1,100 for the 65-inch version, combining high-end display technology with AI-powered art customization and smart home integration.
