The Sindh government has initiated preparations to introduce a Youth Card aimed at expanding opportunities in education, employment, and sports for young people across the province. The proposed Sindh Youth Card initiative is expected to serve as a comprehensive support mechanism to empower students, job seekers, and aspiring athletes through targeted benefits and structured programs.
The plan was reviewed during a high-level meeting at the Sindh Secretariat, chaired by Provincial Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Sardar Muhammad Bakhsh Mahar. The discussion focused on developing a framework that ensures accessibility, transparency, and meaningful engagement for youth in urban and rural districts alike.
Officials indicated that the Youth Card will likely integrate access to educational support schemes, vocational training programs, employment facilitation services, and sports development initiatives. By centralizing these services under one platform, the Sindh government aims to streamline youth-focused policies and strengthen participation in productive and skill-based activities.
The initiative reflects a broader provincial strategy to invest in human capital development, promote youth empowerment in Sindh, and create sustainable pathways for economic inclusion and athletic growth.
