Pakistani fast bowler Mohammad Amir has officially parted ways with Bangladesh Premier League franchise Sylhet Titans by mutual agreement. The franchise confirmed that 70 percent of Amir’s contract fee had already been paid in line with the agreed terms. Before his departure, Amir shared a farewell video thanking the Sylhet Titans management and support staff, highlighting the care and hospitality he received during his tenure.
The Sylhet Titans management acknowledged Amir’s professionalism and contributions both on and off the field, expressing regret over his absence for the rest of the season while wishing him success in future endeavors. The team also expressed hope of collaborating with the experienced pacer in upcoming seasons. Currently, Sylhet Titans hold the third position on the BPL points table, having secured three wins and three losses in six matches.
