Global Super Flu Risk Rises Amid Vaccine Shortages

The risk of the superflu virus in Pakistan has escalated due to the absence of a vaccine, a concern highlighted during a recent session of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Parliament. During the PAC sub-committee meeting, Convener Shahida Akhtar raised alarms about the lack of medicines for flu and allergies even at the Parliament dispensary, emphasizing that serious complaints about the spread of the superflu virus are emerging nationwide.
