IndiGo has refunded over $10 million to passengers affected by recent flight cancellations as the airline works toward full operational recovery. The refunds cover all cancellations processed so far, with remaining cases being addressed until December 15.

On December 8, IndiGo operated more than 1,800 flights, achieving an on-time performance of 91%, up from around 75% the previous day. To assist affected passengers, the airline arranged hotels, transportation, and facilitated the return of thousands of delayed bags.

IndiGo issued a public apology for the disruptions and advised passengers to regularly check flight updates and submit refund requests through official channels while the airline continues to stabilize operations and improve service reliability.
