Candidates for one-tier or non-degree programs must provide a certificate of student status from their home institution. Nomination by the sending partner of the applicant’s country is also required.

The scholarship benefits are extensive. For undergraduate, master’s, one-tier master, and non-degree programs, recipients receive full tuition coverage, a monthly stipend of HUF 43,700, free accommodation, and medical insurance. Doctoral students receive full tuition coverage, a monthly stipend of HUF 140,000 for the first phase and HUF 180,000 for the second phase, free accommodation, and medical insurance. Applicants are required to submit a complete set of documents including an application form, resume or CV, valid passport, letters of recommendation, letter of motivation, proof of language proficiency, academic transcripts, certificates, and a medical certificate. For Pakistani applicants, the HAT score from the Higher Education Commission is required.
