The Pakistan Navy has seized 1,500 kilograms of hashish valued at nearly $3 million during a maritime patrol in the Arabian Sea, marking one of its major anti-narcotics operations this year.
Officials reported that PNS Yamama intercepted a vessel during a routine sea patrol and recovered the large illegal consignment, demonstrating Pakistan’s ongoing commitment to securing its maritime routes.
Authorities confirmed that the Pakistan Navy collaborates closely with regional and international partners to maintain safe shipping lanes and prevent illegal activities along key trade corridors.
