The Reach Oxford Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded undergraduate scholarship at the University of Oxford, designed for talented students from low-income and developing countries who cannot pursue higher education in their home countries due to financial or political barriers. This opportunity provides access to one of the world’s top universities and aims to support students committed to returning to their countries after graduation to contribute to their communities and national development.
Students accepted under this program will benefit from full tuition coverage, a grant for living expenses, and one return airfare per year for the duration of the course, which typically lasts three to four years, depending on the program. Offered fields of study span across science, humanities, engineering, law, medicine, social sciences, and more—covering nearly all major undergraduate disciplines available at Oxford.
The scholarship is open to applicants from countries receiving official development assistance from the OECD’s Development Assistance Committee (DAC). Candidates must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, a genuine need for financial support, and a commitment to community service and returning home post-graduation. Students who have not previously studied at the undergraduate level and are unable to access higher education in their own country are eligible.
To apply, candidates must first secure admission to an Oxford undergraduate program through UCAS by 15 October 2025. After admission, the scholarship application opens on 14 January 2026, with a deadline of 4 February 2026. Applications will be reviewed based on academic performance, motivation, financial need, and potential impact. Final selections will be made by May 2026.
The Reach Oxford Scholarship is more than just financial support—it offers international exposure, mentorship, and access to a global academic network, helping shape future leaders who will make a meaningful impact in their regions and beyond.
