Applications are now open for the UNHCR Internship Program 2025–26, offering a valuable opportunity for international students to gain real-world experience in one of the world’s leading humanitarian organizations. This paid internship is open to undergraduate and graduate students from any academic background, as well as recent graduates who completed their studies within the last two years. To be eligible, applicants must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university recognized by UNESCO. A minimum B2 proficiency level in English is required, and candidates must not have immediate family members employed by UNHCR at the time of application.
