ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s YouTube ecosystem witnessed remarkable growth in 2025, with local creators expanding their reach both domestically and internationally.
According to recent data, over 95,000 Pakistani YouTube channels have surpassed 10,000 subscribers, highlighting a thriving base of mid-sized creators. At a higher level, more than 13,000 channels have crossed the 100,000-subscriber milestone, demonstrating strong audience engagement and sustained growth.
At the pinnacle of the creator economy, over 1,000 Pakistani channels have achieved one million or more subscribers, placing them among the most successful YouTubers globally.
The data also underscores Pakistan’s increasing global influence on the platform, with over 60% of total watch time for Pakistani content coming from international viewers. This demonstrates that local creators are successfully attracting and engaging audiences far beyond Pakistan’s borders.
Experts say these trends highlight YouTube’s growing role in Pakistan’s digital economy, enabling creators to monetize content, build personal brands, and enhance the country’s presence on global digital platforms. The rise of Pakistani YouTubers also signals new opportunities for advertising, partnerships, and international collaborations in the coming years.
