The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a dedicated service for Pakistani citizens living in Saudi Arabia to facilitate easier access to identity-related services. In collaboration with the Pakistan Embassy, NADRA has deployed a mobile registration team to provide a range of essential services at a single, convenient location for overseas Pakistanis.

This special initiative will be available in Dammam on 19 and 20 December 2025 (Friday and Saturday) from 8:00am to 3:00pm local time at Tamimi New Camp, Dhahran, Eastern Province. The service aims to streamline procedures for Pakistanis living abroad, eliminating the need to travel long distances or visit multiple offices.

The services offered by NADRA include the issuance of new Smart National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis (Smart NICOP), reprints and renewals, DUP clearance, changes in Smart NICOP details, Smart NICOP cancellations, and Family Registration Certificate (FRC) issuance. This initiative underscores NADRA’s commitment to supporting the Pakistani diaspora by making essential identification services accessible, efficient, and reliable.
