Muhammad Hashir, a student at Balochistan Residential College in Loralai, has brought pride to Pakistan by winning a bronze medal at the International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) 2025, held in Sirius, Russia. The prestigious global competition, conducted from November 23 to December 2, gathered talented young science students from 80 countries to compete across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Hashir was part of a six-member Pakistani team carefully selected through a national process organized by the Pakistan Science Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology. His performance not only showcased his individual talent but also highlighted the growing capabilities of Pakistan’s youth in STEM education.
This remarkable achievement serves as an inspiration for students across the country, encouraging them to pursue excellence in scientific research and innovation.
