Training centres in Islamabad are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and experienced instructors focus on practical learning and skill development. Police officials highlighted that the programme is part of a broader strategy to create employment opportunities, foster youth engagement, and strengthen community safety. Participants have expressed enthusiasm for the programme, describing it as a source of new hope and career direction at a time when many young adults face limited options. By combining law-enforcement leadership with youth development initiatives, the Islamabad Police are setting an example of how public institutions can actively contribute to skill-building, empowerment, and employment for young citizens.
