The Hyderabad Kingsmen have officially announced Wisden as one of their main sponsors ahead of their debut season in the 2026 Pakistan Super League. Under a multi-year agreement, Wisden, widely recognized as an authoritative voice in cricket, will partner with the Kingsmen as they prepare for their first-ever PSL campaign.
As part of the partnership, Wisden branding will appear on the team’s playing kits, while both parties will collaborate on co-branded digital content and match-day activations, giving fans exclusive behind-the-scenes access. Wisden’s editorial team will also leverage direct access to players and staff to produce in-depth stories, offering supporters an inside look at the workings of a professional T20 franchise.
First published in 1864, the Wisden Almanack is regarded as the definitive record of cricket statistics and history, earning the nickname “the Bible of Cricket.” Wisden has expanded its digital reach in recent years through Wisden.com, Wisden Cricket Monthly, and the award-winning Wisden Cricket Weekly Podcast, connecting with millions of fans worldwide.
The Hyderabad Kingsmen were acquired by the Kingsmen Group during the recent PSL 11 Team Auction, as the league added two new franchises from 2026. The team adds to Kingsmen’s growing cricket portfolio, which includes the Chicago Kingsmen in the USA Minor League Cricket.
Kingsmen owner Fawad Sarwar described the Wisden partnership as a proud moment, highlighting the significance of associating with a brand that has shaped cricket’s history for over 160 years, while Ian Sykes, Managing Director of Cricket Properties, said Wisden is excited to support the Kingsmen in their inaugural PSL season.
